This sunday OCTOBER 3 we're on again @ the FILLMORE theatre IRVING plaza...

the night will be starting an hour earlier at 6PM.. so be sure to get there early, cause you don't wanna miss this!

Our first 2 FOCUS nights have been incredible.. and no doubt this coming Sunday night it's gonna go to another level, cause we've got JOEL ABELL coming in from Sydney, Australia.. Joel is the lead pastor of Hillsong Church in Sydney and on top of making a good cup of coffee and being a great surfer, he is an incredible communicator and heart and soul an example of who we are as a church community... TRUST ME you don't wanna miss hearing him speak... 

Here at Hillsong NYC, we have made a conscious decision to enjoy the journey.  No doubt we are a vision-casting church, always believing that “The best is yet to come”…but I do think that often we get so caught up in the perceived “destination” that we can lose sight of that fact that perhaps, maybe the actual journey is equally as special and impacting.  Often people remember the road trip TO the vacation more than the actual vacation…

THIS SUNDAY.. HILLSONGNYC IS ON AGAIN @ THE FILLMORE THEATRE (IRVING PLAZA) FOR OUR 2ND OF 5 FOCUS NIGHTS... THIS WEEK THE FOCUS IS ON GRACE.. OUR VERY OWN CARL LENTZ WILL BE BRINGING THE WORD.. MARTY SAMPSON IS STILL IN TOWN AND WILL BE LEADING WORSHIP WITH OUR TEAM HERE.. BUT  THE NIGHT WON'T BE THE SAME WITHOUT YOU.

September 19. 2010...

the first of 5 nights of FOCUS went down at the IRVING PLAZA THEATRE ... Marty Sampson was on hand to lead worship... charity:water founder; Scott Harrison inspired us all.. the venue was packed.. God was there, and a whole lot of people entered into relationship with Jesus for the first time!

Amazing days.. the community is growing.. our culture being defined... His grace all over it.. and this is just the beginning....
