We're coming off an incredible Sunday full of services (photos), where Pastor Carl preached a message titled, "You've got to climb higher." How? 1. You've got to surrender your plans (God knows this life way better than you do) and 2. surrender your baggage ("God knows exactly what you need to be effective on this journey, and it doesn't include excess weight"). We've got a packed week with a Celebration Service at Irving Plaza (17 Irving Pl)  at 7:00 PM on Tuesday for a friend of the church that we hope you'll join us for. We don't have funerals at this church. When people pass, we celebrate their life knowing we will see them again.

We cannot wait for Wednesday! This week, we're having Heart & Soul night at the Irving Plaza  (17 Irving Pl) at 7:30 PM. This is a time to worship and hear Pastor Carl talk about the heart & soul of our church. This is unmissable!

Mark it on your calendars! We're gearing up for an incredible night, ladies (gents you're welcome to come and volunteer...especially if you've got your eye on that girl). We'll have two services, one at 6:30 pm and another at 8:30 at Gramercy Theatre (E 23th, btw Park & Lex). Also, at Sisterhood we'll be throwing a baby shower for mothers who are being released from prison & reunited with their children. Please bring items that we can donate!

 Thursday night, we had Creative Collected - where our entire creative team, from motion graphics to musicians, vocalists to ventriloquists, and engineers to egg painters - came together to worship, and learn more about how to use their gifts to build and support our church. Words can't adequately describe what God did there, but if they could they would involve many large adjectives and capital letters and exclamation marks.
